Template Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee applies for the water decal template. No additional setup fee is required for repeat orders as long as the artwork and design remain unchanged.
Custom Grit Surface for Enhanced Performance
Our custom grit surface options are designed to optimize ball contact, spin potential, and overall playing feel. Choose from small, medium, or large grit textures to create the surface characteristics required for different racket models and performance positioning.
The grit layer can be integrated with different face materials and EVA core configurations to achieve the desired balance of control, responsiveness, durability, and surface grip. As part of our OEM service, grit specifications can be customized to match your product design and target market.

- Design and Confirmation: Our professional design team will provide the best solution based on your requirements and design drawings. After you confirm the design, we will complete the mold making within 15 days and provide samples for your confirmation within 20 days.
- Production Preparation: Once you approve the samples and pay the deposit, we will immediately start mass production. We use the most advanced equipment and processes to ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. The mass production cycle is 35-45 days.
